We are located within Crane Arts, a community of artists and makers. To get to our workshop, call us on the callbox outside the entrance on N American St. We will buzz you in. Once buzzed in, take an immediate left and go through the door to the stairwell. Walk down the stairs to the basement, following signs for Second State Press (our neighbor)!

Domestic (US): Shipping is free on orders over $100! For orders under $100 shipping is usually $8.
International: Shipping ranges depending on what is dynamically calculated by our providers.
Domestic (US): We aim to ship out orders within 3 business days, and then shipping can take up to a week. During restocks, it might be slower.
International: We aim to ship out orders within 3 business days, and shipping can take up to 2 weeks. During restocks, it might be slower.

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is still in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

We prefer inquiries directly through our contact form here. We take on limited wholesale partnerships, each with geographic exclusivity. We're interested in working with small businesses that align with our values. You can also purchase via our Faire page. All wholesale orders have a 45-day production timeline.

Bioplastic is made from plants rather than petroleum, and they're compostable/biodegradable! This means you can compost pans once they have reached the end of their lifecycle.
Of course! Please let us know in the notes at checkout! We also offer greeting cards, and we can write a note of your choosing inside.
At this time, we do not formally gift wrap. But, we take pride in our packaging. Hopefully, you'll think it's as cute as we do!

We thoughtfully source our materials from all over the world. Our pigments come from suppliers in the US, Canada, and Germany-- and they're collected from sources in many other countries. Our art supplies (palettes, brushes, paper, ceramics) are also made in multiple different countries (Italy, Germany, USA, and China). When possible, we like to find domestic suppliers!
